  • Dealing with evictions and possession proceedings
  • Making benefit claims
  • Help with understanding housing rights and responsibilities
  • Support with developing the skills you need to live independently
  • Help with resolving problems with neighbours
  • Mental health and emotional well-being
  • Help to access specialist mental health services
  • Help to maintain contact with statutory services and other support providers.
  • Help to access specialist services to address your substance misuse issues

One-to-one support

You will be allocated your own support worker who will help you identify and overcome any housing-related difficulties that are preventing you from living independently or putting you at risk of homelessness.

Additional support is available through Focusline – a telephone support service, provided by Rethink.

Focusline can provide immediate confidential support and information to people with mental health problems and their carers, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It cannot give medical advice. Call Focusline free on 0800 27 21 27
